There's standard Dynamic Stability Control (DSC)* and Traction Control System (TCS) on every Mazda2.
- Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) modulates the throttle and brakes when it detects control slipping in tight turns to help keep the vehicle stable during aggressive maneuvers.
- Standard Traction Control System (TCS) detects when wheels lose their grip on the road and then adjusts power to the drive wheels to provide more sure-footed acceleration in difficult driving conditions.
* Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) is an electronic system to help the driver maintain control under adverse conditions. It is not a substitute for safe driving practices. Factors including speed, road conditions and driver steering input can all affect whether DSC will be effective in preventing loss of control. Please see your Owner's Manual for further details.
